Breaking: Chelsea is still trying to permanently sign Joo Felix.
According to the Athletic newspaper, Chelsea's contract with Atletico Madrid includes a better arrangement that will benefit Chelsea, and the agreement states that Chelsea will be able to sign Joao Felix on a permanent basis if he performs well for them.
Felix, who joined Chelsea from Atletico Madrid, played only 55 minutes on his debut due to a red card he received in that match against Fulham; he hasn't played since, but he plans to return to action next month.
Due to Felix suspension, Chelsea supporters and the board never watch him, but the Athletico has inform Chelsea supporters to not panic because they will be able to purchase him if they want.
